I agree with the KWA. I would hate to see my ancestral homeland ruined by greedy coal mine operators.

I live in knott county and visit CCL often. It’s a shame what is happening, there is currently 3 huge MTR operations that I know of near CCL. Two of them are viewable from the lake.

I didnt know that CCL was listed as an impaired stream, but I did have a good feeling that it would be.

Im also a part of KFTC, and I plan to bring this up on our next meeting.
